Homebase

Homebase is a UK-based home improvement and garden centre chain.

Alniro provided consultation to Homebase on how they could improve the customer journey for multi-channel purchase. Through working with Homebase we were able to understand their various requirements and the need for consistency from a customer’s perspective. We designed a range of wireframes that highlighted the different ways a customer could navigate the site, ie by focusing on price, by focusing on product ranges and for web-only items.
